📦 Returns

We accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items delivered to you.

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
• A valid unboxing video or clear images may be required as proof

👉 We do not accept returns for:

• Size issues
• Color differences due to screen
• Change of mind

💰 Refunds

• Once your return is approved and verified, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (based on case)

🚚 Return Shipping

• In case of defective or wrong product, return shipping will be handled by us
• In other cases (if accepted), shipping charges may be borne by the customer

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
